Return and Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Kits: Must be unused, unopened, and not registered.
- Probiotics: Must not be opened or consumed.
2. Return Timeframe
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
- After 30 days, products cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Include your order number in the subject line of the email and send it to:

4. Condition of Items
- Expected Condition: All items must be unopened to be eligible for a return.
- Handling of Non-Qualifying Returns:** Items that do not meet the return conditions may not be accepted for a refund and could be returned to the sender at their expense or disposed of.
5. Return Shipping
- Responsibility:If a cancellation request is made after an order has been labeled, packed, shipped, or delivered, a 25% restocking fee will be applied along with a $7.50 USD return shipping fee.
- Instructions: After logging a cancellation request, you will receive detailed return shipping instructions along with a printable return label.
6. Refund Process
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after receiving the returned items.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 25% restocking fee and a $7.50 USD return shipping fee.
7. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

8. International Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot offer any replacements or refunds for international orders.
